Casa Panorama: Sleeps Six (seven with a rollaway). Built in 1995, this two-bedroom, two-bath home situated on a private acre seven minutes north of Taos is artfully designed and decorated with attention to detail. This home has comfort, beauty, and authentic southwestern luxury, from the smooth flowing and rounded plaster lines, the vaulted viga ceilings of the living room, kitchen, and dining area, to the saltillo tile floors and talavera tile baths and kitchen counters. The large picture windows bring in lots of light and fabulous views of the Taos Mountain Range from the master bedroom, dining and living rooms. The living room features a lovely sculpted kiva fireplace with bancos and nicho accents, and has a queen sleeper-sofa. The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and both have real down comforters. An attractive cafe table and chairs and easy chair set in front of the picture window give the master bedroom its own sitting area. The master bath is accented with very pretty Mexican talavera hand-painted tile in shades of blue and cream and two beautiful Mexican talavera tile sinks. The full kitchen has custom crafted cabinets in a lightly whitewashed southwestern style. Counter space is plentiful and the talavera tile in shades of light green, caramel, and cream are a pleasure to look at and to work with. A gas range, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, dinnerware, and all the gadgets needed for cooking are provided. Panorama has a washer/dryer and ample closet space. There is a front entry portal where one can sit at a wrought-iron table/chair set and a patio area as well. The landscaped backyard garden has your private hot tub and a pleasant picnic area.<br/>

The Vista Clara residence is a beautiful large southwestern home in the small village of Arroyo Seco, north of Taos on the road to Taos Ski Valley. This elegant and luxurious 3 bedroom home is privately situated on 6 acres of land with beautiful views of Taos Valley. Built in 1998, this classic adobe-style one-bedroom, one-bath home is the epitome of charm and artfully-stated elegance. New, sparkling clean, and made of all natural authentic materials, the floors are handsome Mexican saltillo terracotta tile, the ceilings are all natural traditional wood vigas. The interior walls feature soft, flowing, rounded plaster lines with a lovely sculptured kiva fireplace in one corner. Huge picture windows admit lots of light and warmth, and spectacular views of the Taos Mountain Range. The furnishings are delightfully southwestern and colorful. A cheerful and complete kitchen with serve-over counter has custom cabinets and Italian marble tile, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, all cooking, baking and serving needs, coffee maker, blender, gadgets, lots of cabinet space, etc. The bedroom has a king bed, and a lovely antique mirrored dresser. There are two comfortable queen sleeper futons in the living room. Patios allow outdoor dining and relaxation spaces, while the large private outdoor hot tub serves as a focal point for relaxation and enjoyment. Casita Romantica is located about 5 minutes north of Taos, conveniently accessible to the Ski Valley and town. There are several wonderful restaurants nearby, including a fine northern Italian restaurant, a Mexican and New Mexican restaurant, and an excellent Continental bakery/deli/coffee house. A ski-rental shop and a white-water rafting company are close by also. Ideal for a honeymoon or intimate getaway, Romantica can also comfortably accommodate a family with children. The Casita vacation rental home is located about 10 miles from downtown Taos and about 10 miles from Taos Ski Valley in a rural, residential area in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Nearby, yet very separate from the private home, Casita Truchas 850 square foot vacation rental house will accommodate 2-4 comfortably.
