Ever wanted a Tipi (Teepee)? Need one set up or other work done? Contact the experts! The TipiWorks web page by Kel Wilson is cool. The tipi (tepee, teepee) was an abode used by the Great Plains Indians, offering them a movable home for their nomadic lifestyle. Many are now finding a simpler way of life is less stressful and much more rewarding. What better way to get back to the basics? Imagine being in your own tipi on a cold night with a fire keeping you warm! Tipis can be used year-round. Enjoy overnights, extended stays, or permanent living in your own custom tipi. What Kel Wilson does at TipiWorks is facilitate sales, service, repair, custom set-ups, commercial set-ups, custom flagstone flooring, custom wood decks, and give free advice/consultations. TipiWorks sells tipis made by Nomadics Tipi Makers which has made over 15,000 tipis in 33 years of business. TipiWorks has erected over 450 tipis in sizes from 12 to 36 feet. TipiWorks client list includes Bobby Unser Jr., Carlene Carter, the late Howie Epstein (bassist for Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers), the executive producer for Oprah Winfrey, and others. I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.

Thanks for including my site, although we are technically south of Taos by 50+ miles in Sapello NM
