Human Resource Development Associates - Corrections Programs Serving Northern New Mexico Since 1984. HRDA programs offer sentencing alternatives to incarceration for Adult/Juvenile offenders in Northern New Mexico. Human Resource Development Associates provides a viable alternative to long term incarceration in both the Adult and Juvenile State institutions which are available to the Courts, New Mexico Juvenile and Adult Parole Boards and both the Juvenile and Adult Probation offices, with the goal of reducing criminal behavior of convicted felons and adjudicated delinquent children referred to the Program by replacing past negative behavior with long-term responsible behavior utilizing the concept of intensive supervision, service to the community, and victim restitution while keeping the client in the community at an acceptable risk to the community.

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.
