The Ski View Condominiums, located in the beautiful Red River Valley, offers all the amenities to make you feel at home. Two blocks from the ski slopes on the west end of town, Ski View offers the most spectacular views of the Ski Area out each of Ski View's condominium front windows. The Ski View complex is a small, quiet setting catering to couples and families. Why do our families come back to Ski View Year after Year? Ski View Condos are large enough for a family (1200 sq. ft.!) Ski View Rates are low enough for 2! Ski View has all the amenities! And Ski View's view is spectacular!

Less than a mile from the ski slopes, on the east end of town, Sportsman's Lodge offers easy accessibility to all the amenities of Red River yet in a quiet peaceful setting. A play area is provided for children and gas BBQ grills are furnished for guests use. We also provide in-room phones for your convenience.The Sportsman's has clean comfortable rooms with color TV, tub with shower and individual thermostats and in-room phones. All apartment units have living room with queen futon sleeper sofa. The dining area and kitchen are completely furnished with coffee pot, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, refrigerator, range and microwave. In addition, Sportsman's Lodge offers a large (32x45) group room with a central fireplace, color TV and a commercial kitchen, perfect for family reunions, church groups or business meetings.

Tall Pine Camp was established in 1920 by Reed, Richard, and George Oldham, brothers and prospectors who settled in Red River during the gold rush in 1895. Tall Pine Camp cabins sleep 1 to 8 people, and each contains a furnished kitchen with stove and refrigerator (no microwaves or dishwashers-you're camping, remember?). All have a bathroom with a shower. Most have a living area, the exception being our efficiency cabins located close to the office. All cabins have porches where you'll enjoy mountain views. These are housekeeping units - daily maid service is not provided. Tall Pine Camp has no TV's or telephones in our cabins. Tall Pine Camp guests enjoy the relaxed family time they share here. Outdoor grills are furnished for charcoal cooking (no wood fires ever), but may not be used during a drought or high wind. Portable propane grills may be used, but you'll need to bring your own. Small pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and kept on a leash at all times when outdoors. Any damage your pet does to our cabins, furnishings or grounds must be paid for. Please furnish your own pet blankets and dishes, and clean up after your pet (cleaning fee).<br/>

Overlooking downtown Red River against a breathtaking alpine backdrop, sits the Terrace Towers Lodge. Its quiet and congestion free location on the West end of Main Street is within easy reach to all the town's activities. Terrace Towers Lodge is terraced up the mountainside with first and second floor levels. The higher you go, the better the view. And what a view! You will be overlooking the whole Red River Village and the Ski Area on the other side.<br/>

Valley Condominiums is located in beautiful Red River. Valley Condominiums offer all the amenities to make your stay truly a vacation. All the units have fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, cable T.V., porches and balconies. Since each unit is individually owned, the decor varies from one unit to another. All of Valley Condominiums condominiums are two bedrooms (some even adjoin one another) and one unit has five bedrooms. Valley Condominiums has a great hot tub room with two luxurious tubs. At creek-side, there are picnic areas, BBQ grills, benches, and a playground. Valley Condominiums also has a fax machine available in the office.<br/>
