In 1999 her work was included in a prestigious exhibition, 'Realism, PhotoRealism, SuperRealism', at the Harwood Museum in Taos. That fall, Aloni was able to quit cooking and baking and support herself solely through art sales. In June, 2000, The Parks Gallery presented her first one-person show, 'Eclipse - New Embroideries.' The success of her two one-person shows in 2001 was followed by exposure in Fiber Arts and Stitch Magazine in early 2002. In addition, The American Craft Museum in New York has acquired a recent work, the Elf Princess. Since early 2001, Mical has been collaborating with Taos' photography artist and husband, Assaf Reznik. Their unique artwork features under the pseudonym M.A. Rezoni, and was debuted at the 'Masks and Mysteries' exhibit at Nomad Gallery in May, 2001. t the age of twenty three, Assaf Reznik left his home in Israel and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where he graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1989 with a an undergraduate degree in computer science. The following nine years, Reznik would gain employment with distinguished bay area multimedia companies such as Lucas Arts, McGraw Hill Home Interactive, Pixel Multimedia and Ziff Davis while he furthered his interests in photography studies at City College of San Francisco. During his years in the bay area, Reznik also shot photos for several newspapers, including The Guardsman in San Francisco, Chrome and Maariv in Tel Aviv, where he photographed Irving Yalom, author of When Nietzsche Wept. Shortly after his first exhibition at City Arts Gallery in San Francisco, Reznik moved to Taos, NM where he debut his first solo exhibition, Duality to Unity, in 1999. A multi-disciplinary performance that accompanied the exhibit also led to his first short movie, which he produced in collaboration with photo-realistic embroidery artist Mical Aloni. His solo exhibition led to exhibits at The Parks Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the Palos Verdes Art Center. Since 2001, Assaf has been collaborating with Aloni. Their unique art form, photo-embroidery, features under the pseudonym M.A. Rezoni, and is also shown at Horizons Gallery in Taos.

Behind every cup of coffee there is a story-usually a tale involving hard work, determination, natural disasters, poverty, politics & faith. This is not a simple story and those who live it are not simple people.<br/>

For Kathie, a much-loved family photograph of a small boy and his sister, hand-painted in Chicago, at the turn of the 19th century, has turned into a journey of discovery and passion for the nostalgic appeal of overlaying color in layers over a photograph. Covering portions of an underlining black and white photo, enhancing but not changing the original print, creating moods with hints of tint, ultra color or fully painted effects. The drama is added by removing some color and letting the photograph peek through ..... tricking the eye and deceiving the brain.
Starting in 1973, Kathie has continually enhanced her vision though various educational endeavors. First taking courses at the University of Milwaukee, then graduating from MATC, and ending with her third degree from Concordia University. In 1999, Kathie switched her focus to hand colored photography and by 2001 she was one of the first hand colorists to use traditional hand coloring techniques on Black and White digital prints. Kathie’s work has been exhibited throughout the United States, and in portions of Europe and Asia. She has won numerous awards, been published and teaches workshops on hand coloring photographs. Israel Borouchoff - Israel Borouchoff has dedicated a large part of his life to his great love of photography, and after his retirement as Professor of Music from Michigan State University, Israel Borouchoff immersed himself fully into his second career and first love: photography. As orchestral solo flutist, chamber music performer and soloist while touring many cities in the USA, Mexico, Puerto Rico, China, Europe, and Israel, he found his cameras and flutes shared equally in importance: Israel Borouchoff's flute creating sounds on the concert stage, and his camera recording sights as perceived through his mind’s eye. Israel Borouchoff's photographs has won numerous awards; they have been displayed at several galleries and photo shows in Colorado, and now in the Frameworks Gallery in Colorado Springs as well as at the HMS Gallery in Taos, New Mexico. Israel Borouchoff's works have also appeared in prestigious publications such as Leica Fotografie, The Nikon International Photo Contest Annual, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The St. Louis Globe Democrat, The Milwaukee Journal, and The Detroit Free Press.
