Viva Taos Realty is owned and operated by the team of Beth Pittman and Meg Scherrer. Business's come and go, but Beth and Meg's philosophy is that Real Estate is "our business" and we "live" Taos ourselves! Beth has been selling real estate in Taos for over 14 years, while Meg has spent the last 25 years working in the real estate development, title and lending, before getting her real estate license 2 years ago. The combined experience of the two, bring complimentary strengths to the business. Beth and her husband, Bill, moved to Taos from Houston in 1988. Their love of skiing first brought them to the area. Meg first moved to Taos in 1989 to escape the crowds of San Diego and opened a bookstore with her sister. Although, she moved away in 1992, she returned to Taos often to visit and dreamed about returning as soon as possible. Beth, her friend and realtor, found the perfect plot of land for her to buy and soon she found herself back in her beloved Taos in 2004. Beth and Meg believe in the true concept of teamwork. They share their clients and split all profits half and half. Flexibility is the key to the success. Their clients seem to agree and enjoy the fact that they both know them and what their needs are. Whenever possible, they go on listing and showing appointments together. Their clients know that they can speak to either one of them and get the same result.

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.
