Okay, this site is actually in Albuquerque, but it's cool. In the early 1920's a group of artists from the fabled Taos Art Colony founded a greeting card company that produced a unique line of Victorian, landscape and Southwestern images illustrating the spirit of Christmas and the beauty of the land. In the studio of Taos Cards they continue production of the original line. Taos Cards has selected a representative group of etchings from the Victorian and Southwestern themes. Each image is printed in the time-honored tradition of the intaglio printer. All coloring is done by hand. The images are not available as cards. They are matted with acid-free board and ready for framing.<br/>

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.

Thanks for including my site, although we are technically south of Taos by 50+ miles in Sapello NM
