Green Realty
EcoRealty - Mother Nature's Realtor - EcoRealty is New Mexico's leading green real estate agency and consulting firm. It offers buyers and sellers innovative conservation and tax strategies. The price a buyer has to pay for a property may be substantially reduced by using a conservation easement. This may allow the buyer to acquire a more desirable property for a given price. A Seller can better market his property by showcasing its conservation value. EcoRealty can identify properties suitable for sustainable development while protecting ecosystem values. EcoRealty can assist an owner with all aspects of formulating, planning and creating a conservation easement for his development project. All of these activities simultaneously benefit EcoRealty's clients as well as "Mother Nature." EcoRealty, as a close ally of Mother Nature, gears its advice towards maximizing financial benefits while preserving open space and achieving the smallest footprint on the land. These open spaces are the sources of our clean air, water, and plants that give us food and medicines. They give us the amenities we seek, the views and tranquil settings that enrich our inner landscape. Mother Nature is proud to recommend EcoRealty as her green Realtor and agent of sustainability. EcoRealty is now available to serve you as your real estate agent and to give you the same thoughtful care they give Mother Nature. Look at EcoRealty's featured properties and discover a new world where a real estate transaction can be a healthy one for you as well as for our "Mother."

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.
