Sushi a la Hattori is a super fine sushi bar and restaurant. Gin & Hiromi Hattori operate Sushi a la Hattori in the Overland Sheepskin Company complex north of town in El Prado. Sushi ala Hattori is a comfortable restaurant with an atmosphere that encompasses both Japan and New Mexico. I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.

Thanks for including my site, although we are technically south of Taos by 50+ miles in Sapello NM
