The service is totally excellent, friendly and professional. The menu is Norte Mexican and very enjoyable. Orlando Ortega's restaurant has what most people agree is the best burger and the best flan in town, too. You can find Smothered Beef or Chicken Burritos, Chile Rellenos, Smothered Vegetarian Burritos, Smother Shrimp Burritos, Taco Salad with marinated beef or chicken, Blue Corn Cheese, Beef, Chicken or Shrimp Enchiladas, Grilled Shrimp & Chille Relleno Combo, and the delightful Los Colores (3 rolled blue corn enchiladas one chicken with green chile, one beef with red chile, & one cheese with chile caribe). These are srved with beans and posole.

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.
