Ahmad and Ahmina Alarcon combine their thirty-two years of experience in the performance and visual arts to offer uniquely entertaining and educational presentations. Theater performances, story telling of Pilipino, Japanese, and Celtic folk tales and mythology, theater sound design, taiko (Japanese drumming) workshops, and school assembly presentations are offered. Performances and Storytelling: The power and excitement of taiko is at the center of original and traditional compositions, supplemented with World instruments such as the Kulintang (Pilipino gongs), fue (Japanese flutes). Movements are the melding of Western ballet and Pilipino dance revolving around folk tales of Ireland, the Philippines and the preHispanic Americas.
