Central Taos Restaurants

The Anaconda Bar features a giant anaconda sculpture that snakes its way across the ceiling and a dramatic 1,100 gallon salt-water aquarium. Despite its visual lavishness, the bar is really a casual gathering place to enjoy a signature margarita or some tasty tapas. Live entertainment is provided Monday through Saturday and at brunch on Sunday. And entertainment, too.

Graham's Grille make their own stocks, sauces, soups and salad dressings. They use zero trans fat oils, the finest choice meats and natural cage free chicken, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables and of course buy local when possible. Graham's Grille want to provide you with healthy, flavorful, comfort food. Peter Fay (that friendly fellow greeting most of you) and his wife Lesley (the full-time chef in the kitchen) came to Taos seven years ago by way of Sonoma California where they created and operated the very popular Fay’s Garden Court Café. Their restaurant became a local institution and received rave reviews from residents, visitors and press. They then created a 21 item gourmet food line that sold throughout the West in high end stores such as Dean & DeLuca plus produced prestigious private label food lines for many well know wineries. You might also remember Peter and Lesley in the John Dunn Shops for a couple of summers with Peter B Fay’s Magnificent Dogs (the hotdog cart) and El Gato Tortilleria, where Lesley sold her handmade tamales & tortillas. Lesley received her training at CCA in SanFrancisco and Peter’s background is marketing. Peter and Lesley along with the entire Graham's Grille staff of talented chefs, friendly servers & enthusiastic bussers are delighted to have you as our guest. Their goal is to make your visit so memorable and enjoyable that you will return time and time again and bring your friends and family to your favorite place. They strive to make Graham's Grille restaurant exceptional.

This is a wonderful restaurant, with wonderful food and a great atmosphere. A sophisticated and unique ambiance that is unparalleled. It's about Joseph and his idea of what food should be. When in Taos if you want the best, lots of upscale Taosenos will say "Joseph's Table." Really..., a step toward complete perfection.<br/>

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.
