Gypsy 360 CafÃ© & Espresso Bar is located in the village of Arroyo Seco, on the road from Taos to Taos Ski Valley. Gyspy 360 has appetizers & small meals, southeast Asian handrolls, Japanese Fotomaki nori rolls, salads, sandwiches. Arroyo Seco is a growing area of Taos. The downtown is being gently gentrified and is home to an increasing number of galleries and shops. It is also a very desirable residential area including many vacation homes and several upscale bed and breakfasts. The cafÃ© sits in a newly constructed (2001) building within a historical complex looking onto a beautifully landscaped flagstone courtyard complete with a running fountain built to recreate a working acequia.

I worked for them when I lived in NM. The etchings are from small copper plates, and the images are wonderful southwestern moments. The landscape and architecture that is captured, truly a gift from the past.

Great Site! This site has been around for a while. It moved July '08 from a small to a large ISP. The site will undergo a face lift as well as an upgrade to a new engine to 'run' the back end of it.

Thanks for including my site, although we are technically south of Taos by 50+ miles in Sapello NM
